Under the topic “Sustainable urbanization and the analysis of transformation processes,” the SEE:4C Advanced Skills Seminar brought together over twenty participants from July 7 to 11, 2025. Five days exchanging ideas and discussing the transformation of residential districts in four South-Eastern European cities —Belgrade, Podgorica, Skopje, and Tirana— built in the second half of the twentieth century, before and during the transition to a market economy.
